1. What we collect
Names, contact details, and the information you choose to share via our forms or by email. Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) for security and analytics. No third-party tracking pixels.
2. Why we collect it
To respond to you, scope an engagement, deliver work, and meet legal obligations. We don’t sell data; we don’t share it with advertisers; we don’t pass it to unrelated third parties.
3. How long we keep it
For active inquiries: until the conversation closes plus 24 months. For engagements: per the engagement contract. For server logs: 90 days. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
4. Data ethics in research
For survey, fieldwork, and engagement data: consent, anonymization, and minimal-data principles apply. Engagement-specific data ethics terms are documented in each engagement contract and reviewed against applicable regulation per jurisdiction.
